Alternatives to the Fujitsu Stylistic Q702

Alternatives to the Fujitsu Stylistic Q702
ASUS Transformer Book T300 Chi, 12.5", 720gm
Impressive. The Transformer Book T300 Chi 2-in-1 was introduced at Computex 2014 and finally launched at CES 2015. The incredibly thin 7.6mm tablet design is just 16.5mm thick when snapped together with the keyboard. It's a fanless 2-in-1. Available from Feb 2015
Dell Venue 11 Pro (5000), 10.8", 770gm
The 5000 series ranges from low-end to high end Atom and at the high end this product competes with the Surface 3. A slim keyboard, keyboard dock and docking station is available, 4GB RAM, 64-bit Windows and 1920x1024 screen. Model 5130 is the high-end model.
HP Pro X2 612, 12.5", 1850gm
Full specifications are available at HP?s Indian website and they show that it?s only the Y-series Haswell CPUs (lower clocked) that are included which could mean this is fanless like the Pro X2 410. 8GB RAM option, SSD up to 256GB, 1366?768 option and a huge array of ports which include DisplayPort and VGA on the power keyboard. The power keyboard is spill-resistant and backlit and, like the 410 G1 has a 25Wh battery inside taking the total tablet+keyboard capacity to 55Wh. That should be enough for about 8-10 hours of productivity. The Pro X2 612 is very much laptop-first as the tablet weighs 1KG. We don?t see a stand and there?s no obvious stand mode or tent mode that could help digital artists. Maybe the screen can be mounted in the reverse direction? Total weight goes up to 1.85KG for a the tablet and power-keyboard combination which is 30% or more than some 13-inch Ultrabooks.
Acer Iconia Tab W700, 11.6", 950gm
The Acer Iconia Tab W700 is an 11.6-inch Full HD, multitouch touchscreen tablet which has an interesting cradle packed with it which makes tilts up to 70 degrees in landscape mode for better viewing angles. It also packs a Thunderbolt and microHDMI port for good connectivity options.
Acer Aspire P3-171, 11.6", 800gm
The Acer Aspire P3 Ultrabook, that’s actually a tablet with a keyboard accessory, is aimed at a low-cost market. It uses the low-power Y-series CPUs which are also lower performance than mainstream Ivy Bridge CPUS. The design is based around the Acer Iconia W700 which is available with a larger battery and full-power CPU.
Samsung ATIV Smart PC Pro 700T, 11.6", 857gm
The Samsung Series 7 slate is renamed to the Ativ SmartPC 700T in line with European naming conventions. It builds on the older Series 7 slate that has already been in the market for some time but offers a completely different dockable keyboard. A full HD screen and S-Pen input makes the Samsung ATIV SmartPC 700T a leading tablet/ultrabook in terms of usage scenarios.
Toshiba Portege Z10t, 11.6", 1500gm
The Toshiba Portégé Z10t is a dockable Windows 8 Tablet based upon the Intel Ivy Bridge platform. The tablet itself comes with a USB 3.0 port, micro HDMI, SD-Card slot and a 3.5mm mic/headphone jack. With the dockable keyboard another full size HDMI port, VGA, USB 2.0 and a Gigabit LAN interface is added. For business users there are some special treats for you: Trusted Platform Module, Intel Active Management Technology, Intel Anti-Theft and Toshiba Eco Utility Software. It either comes with Windows 8 or Windows 8 Pro. Note that LTE is optional and WiFi comes either in b/g/n or a/b/g/n.
Hampoo HCM 12, 12.2", 1000gm
The Hampoo HCM12 is a fanless dockable tablet based around Intel's Core-M platform. Its 12.2" display features a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels. One specialty is the optional Intel 3D RealSense camera on the back of the device. In terms of ports it comes with 2 USB 3.0 Ports and a Mini DisplayPort. We like the fact that it comes with a WiFi a/b/g/n/ac module in conjunction with Bluetooth 4.0 and LTE. There is an optional GPS module available.
